Technical Product Manager

Sensor Tower

• Interview customers, analyze feedback and analytics data to identify user needs and pain points. • Propose new features and enhancements to solve user problems. • Win buy-in for your proposals across Product, Engineering, Data Science and Business teams. • Develop technical requirements. • Partner with Data Science to define estimation methodologies, validate model outputs against ground truth, and ensure the 'explainability' of our metrics for enterprise clients. • Daily collaboration with Engineering teams during development of new features. • Communicate functional and business details of future releases with less technical teams including Marketing, Accounts, Success and Documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 7-8 years of professional experience, preferably with SaaS company in data or in data roles at mobile or F2P gaming.
  • Experience using AI in day-to-day operations or in shipping AI-native products.
  • Familiarity with BI industry players like Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel.
  • Experience using data to drive decision making- you are comfortable making complex SQL queries against our analytics data.
  • College degree in Business or Computer Science, Master’s preferred.

Set the vision for enhancing web analytics and connecting end-to-end CX journey analytics to drive Lead Generation and Lead Conversion. Develop the SEO and CMS Analytics Product Roadmap. About the Role We’re looking for a Hybrid Product & Project Manager to join our startup team and own both the vision (what/why) and the execution (how/when) of our applied engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startups, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can balance product strategy with day-to-day delivery management. You’ll work closely with our Director of Applied Engineering/Tech Lead and a lean engineering team to make sure we’re building the right things, in the right way, and delivering them on time. Responsibilities Product Management (50%) - Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company goals. - Gather requirements from leadership, customers, and stakeholders. - Own the backlog content (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization). - Translate business needs into clear, actionable product features. - Track adoption, feedback, and product success metrics.
