Job Requirements
- Epic PB certification (Administration preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
- Revenue Integrity experience (Familiarity with CPT guidelines, revenue routing, and charge review is essential)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Develop and structure strategic Demand Generation projects, focusing on automations, development and use of artificial intelligence, enabling channel initiatives (inbound, outbound, events, partnerships, MGM (referral programs), cross-sell) and internal commercial operation projects. • Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, turning business needs into practical, scalable, data-driven solutions (e.g., process automations, qualification flows, tool integrations, funnel improvements). • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across different channels and areas, navigating teams such as marketing, sales and operations to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, scope and project deliveries for the area. • Monitor, analyze and report on Demand Generation performance, tracking funnel metrics, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous optimization actions in partnership with the channels. • Support the development of the team’s quarterly and annual plans, contributing analyses, projections, historical learnings and scenario simulations to inform strategic decisions. • Contribute to the evolution of the team’s intelligence by organizing data, structuring analyses, documenting learnings and strengthening governance of metrics, processes and rituals with stakeholders.
