• Supervise and coach a team of Trainers responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to customers. • Host regular 1:1s to provide feedback, review performance metrics (KPIs), and support team members' professional growth. • Build and implement a Quality Assurance (QA) strategy to audit performance, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement. • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that prioritizes customer success and operational excellence. • Develop and execute enablement strategies to enhance team skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring Trainers are equipped to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience. • Manage team schedules, including PTO and holiday coverage, to ensure seamless operations. • Identify operational bottlenecks, propose scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. • Develop, maintain, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability. • Resolve recurring tooling issues in systems like Salesforce, SFDC Scheduler, Zendesk, and Portal by partnering with technical teams. • Analyze team and customer performance data to inform decision-making and improve the onboarding process. • Execute training strategies that align with company goals and maximize the team’s capacity and impact. • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery.

• Own the creation, development, and management of 3D architectural BIM models in Revit across all project phases • Translate complex design intent, sketches, and markups into production-ready, construction-quality models • Produce and own full construction documentation sets: plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details • Establish and enforce model quality standards and internal BIM protocols • Set BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects - and ensure the team follows them • Mentor junior BIM modelers, review their work, provide structured feedback, and raise output quality • Identify gaps in current BIM practice and proactively propose improvements • Act as the single point of accountability for BIM model integrity on all active projects • Lead coordination with structural and MEP consultants - federate models, manage clash detection, and resolve issues with minimal escalation • Drive BIM coordination meetings with consultants, document outcomes, and track resolution • Ensure architectural model integrity is maintained through all consultant integration cycles • Lead the production of renderings, walkthroughs, and client-facing visual presentations • Own 4D construction sequencing and planning tasks using BIM tools • Coordinate site layouts and master planning deliverables for the 135-acre project and future sites • Ensure all BIM deliverables align with regulatory, permitting, and compliance requirements • Prepare as-built models, record documentation, and structured handover packages for facility management

• Ensure the privacy and accuracy of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Maintain medical records accurately and timely, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality. • Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers regarding patient records and information. • Obtain patient information from healthcare professionals and convert data into EMR systems for Chronic Care Management programs. • Help collect, organize, and review comprehensive Past Medical History, ensuring the best care options are available and accurately reflected in patient records. • Conduct thorough PMH reviews of patients’ health backgrounds to identify contraindications to exercise and participation in cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation programs based on Carda Health protocols. • Apply working knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary medications to support effective medication reconciliation and identify risks that could compromise safe participation. • Index and cross-reference files for easy retrieval and efficient record management. • Input patient data into the medical records system, including updates to demographics, medical history, and treatment plans. • Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks to maintain smooth operations in the medical office. • Work directly with Carda’s founders and clinical team to innovate and improve our cutting-edge digital care delivery model.
