Job Description

Director, Go-To-Market Systems

ServiceTitan

Director, GTM Systems locations US Remote time type Full time job requisition id JR114262 Ready to be a Titan? At ServiceTitan, we are transforming how trades businesses operate — and our GTM technology is at the center of that mission. We are seeking a Director, GTM Systems to join our Business Technology leadership team and own the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution of the systems that power our Go-To-Market engine. This is a builder role. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves, partnering deeply with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, and translating business needs into scalable, well-governed systems. You balance short-term execution with long-term platform health — and you bring both the strategic vision and the hands-on credibility to do both well. You will serve as the trusted technology partner to GTM leadership, driving the roadmap, delivering measurable commercial outcomes — pipeline velocity, sales efficiency, and marketing ROI — and putting AI at the center of how we build and operate GTM systems. What you'll do: GTM Systems Ownership & Strategy - Own and operate the end-to-end GTM systems stack, with primary responsibility for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and Revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft). - Develop, champion, and execute a GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps — balancing near-term delivery with long-term scalability and system health. - Own the GTM technology portfolio end-to-end: vendor evaluation, prioritization, business case development, and executive alignment on highest-value investments. - Cultivate and manage relationships with key external technology partners (e.g., Salesforce), advocating for ServiceTitan's roadmap priorities and influencing partner product direction. Hands-On Configuration & Delivery - Lead and participate in the configuration and customization of GTM platforms — including objects, workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards — setting the standard for quality and scalability. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of integrations across GTM, finance, and data platforms, ensuring reliable, performant, and well-documented data flows. - Troubleshoot escalated issues, drive root cause analysis, and continuously improve system usability, reliability, and performance. - Lead cross-functional delivery across GTM programs including platform modernization, NPI, M&A integrations, and enterprise system upgrades. Lead-to-Cash Process & Architecture - Own the process and systems architecture for the GTM value chain — from lead generation and pipeline management through quoting, contracting, and handoff to Finance. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to design efficient, scalable GTM processes and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work through intelligent automation. - Ensure a frictionless, automated, and data-driven flow across the full GTM stack, eliminating friction that slows pipeline conversion and revenue attainment. Put AI at the Center - Champion the adoption of AI and automation across GTM systems as a core strategic priority — building AI-forward systems and ways of working from the ground up where possible. - Evaluate and implement AI-powered capabilities including predictive pipeline scoring, generative AI for sales and marketing productivity, conversational intelligence, and intelligent workflow automation. - Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and scale successful AI solutions into production-grade deployments across the GTM stack. - Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively identify opportunities to drive competitive advantage through early adoption. - You actively use AI tools in your own work to accelerate thinking, sharpen ideas, and shorten iteration cycles. Integrations, Data & Governance - Design and govern integration architecture between GTM platforms and adjacent systems (ERP, data warehouse, finance tools) using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato). - Define data models, ownership, and governance standards for GTM systems — ensuring accuracy and consistency across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and ARR. - Partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to enable accurate pipeline, revenue, and funnel reporting, and drive trusted GTM insights. - Enforce platform governance, security models, access controls, and change management practices. Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, CCPA, and audit readiness standards. Leadership, Enablement & Stakeholder Partnership - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of GTM systems professionals — technical leads, developers, and administrators — fostering a culture of accountability, business acumen, and continuous improvement. - Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to GTM executives, translating strategic priorities into actionable technology programs with clear business outcomes. - Create documentation, training materials, and enablement resources to drive platform adoption and empower end users. - Influence and bring clarity in ambiguous environments. Prioritize work based on business impact and team capacity. What you'll bring: Required Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in GTM systems, RevOps or Business Applications, with a deep and primary focus on Sales and Marketing technology in high-growth B2B SaaS companies. - Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and CPQ administration, configuration, and architecture) — this is a builder role and Salesforce expertise is required. - Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) including CRM integration, lead lifecycle management, and campaign operations. - Proven experience building and supporting integrations across GTM, finance, and data platforms using APIs and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi). - Strong understanding of GTM data models — leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and ARR — and a track record of driving data integrity and governance. - Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI solutions in GTM contexts — including predictive analytics, generative AI, conversational intelligence, or AI-powered automation. - Demonstrated experience as a strategic technology partner to senior GTM leaders, with a track record of linking technology investments to commercial outcomes. - Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and executive influence skills — with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language at all levels. - Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect). - Experience supporting multiple GTM motions, including enterprise sales, product-led growth (PLG), consumption-based models, or channel/partner ecosystems. - Experience leading through M&A integration — developing and executing playbooks to rapidly integrate acquired GTM technology stacks. - Familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau). - Familiarity with quoting and contract management workflows and how they connect to revenue operations. - Experience with SOX ITGCs, change management, and audit/compliance documentation standards. What We Offer - A fast-paced and innovative work environment at a leading tech company transforming the trades industry. - A seat at the table — direct partnership with senior GTM and Technology leadership on decisions that shape the company's growth trajectory. - Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career advancement. - Competitive salary, benefits, and perks. - A collaborative culture focused on delivering extraordinary results for our customers and teams.
