Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Role : SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Germany Responsibilities - Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements - Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications - Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines - Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required - Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery - Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines - Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness Requirements - Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience) - Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application - 3+ successful HCM Implementations - In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations - Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information - Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. • Payroll & Financial Administration (50% of your time): Validate all freelancer timesheets and time-off requests using internal tools, resolve discrepancies and maintain the master PTO/leave tracker, organize and prepare accurate payroll reports and documentation per client for final management approval, generate and route Cash Vouchers (CV), invoices, and facilitate timesheet dispute tickets. • HR Administration & Compliance (30% of your time): Manage standard email communications regarding applications, payroll, and leave updates; act as the first-line support for freelancer inquiries, maintain a secure, structured digital filing system for all sensitive HR, accounting, and tax documentation, facilitate the exit process by preparing clearance forms, checking outstanding loans, and routing standard exit documents. • Talent Acquisition & Pre-Screening (20% of your time): Screen candidate profiles against baseline requirements using internal databases and job boards, engage passive talent via email/SMS to gauge interest and availability for upcoming roles, administer the internal referral campaign, tracking candidates through the pipeline and coordinating with Finance for bonus payouts upon successful hire.
