About the role We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Coordinator to help keep our team running smoothly day to day. This person will own a wide range of administrative and office support responsibilities, from coordinating travel and managing supplies to supporting meetings, vendors, facilities, and internal processes. This is a key role for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and making sure the team has what it needs to do its best work. What You Will Be Doing - Coordinate event logistics including: sponsorships, vendor and venue coordination, program logistics, budget, program timelines and more - Follow planning cadence timelines and connect with all internal partners to drive event results while supporting event team’s goals and objectives. - Support weekly updates to pre-event planning decks & post event report summaries as needed - Coordinate sales enablement and sales communications as required to ensure pre and post event success - Help support the fulfillment of all sponsor deliverables and oversee the management of partner booths onsite - Help support the deliverables for speaking sessions, workshops, sponsor sessions and more. - Coordinate day-to-day administration, including managing staff schedules, attendee registration, and RSVP tracking. - On-Site Execution: Manage set-up, tear-down, and direct on-site operations to ensure compliance with event and sponsor needs. About the role - Work remotely on your schedule as a GI Advanced Practice Provider. We are actively looking for NPs and PAs with GI clinical experience with weekend and evening availability. - This team of advanced practice providers will see patients virtually on behalf of brick and mortar GI centers. They are supported by our AI-enabled platform and our board-certified gastroenterologists in partnership with practice staff to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and order follow up as required. - We want to take great care of patients and also give agency back to providers. Practice with autonomy, create your own schedule, and work from home.
