Northeast Family Services is seeking a Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our growing New Hampshire team! FFS - Fee For Service - Position Make your own schedule! The Autism Specialist Professional will be responsible for the implementation of clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior, and the provision of ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills, at the direction of their supervising BCBA. The Autism Specialist Professional will monitor client behavior, collect data on client behavior and skill acquisition, and report the data back to supervising BCBA. The Autism Specialist Professional will work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA, either in-person or via a telehealth modality, and the client’s family, to support meaningful changes in client behavior. Qualifications: ● A high school diploma or a GED ● At least two years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities ● At least 18 years of age ● Pass a criminal background check ● Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle ● Availability to work after school and evening hours ● Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills ● Experience in applied settings implementing behavioral interventions preferred ● Effective written and verbal communication skills ● A compassionate approach to care Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time ABA Benefits: ● Northeast Family Services offers high-quality supervision of fieldwork experience for candidates seeking the BCBA or BCaBA credentials.
