• Own and manage project plans for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives (architecture, IAM, PAM, engineering) • Assign and track engineering tasks in Jira, ensuring clear ownership and accountability • Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports in Smartsheet • Facilitate meetings and communication between technical engineering teams and senior stakeholders • Proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies — and drive resolution before they impact delivery • Ask the right technical questions to translate engineering inputs into a structured, actionable project plan • Deliver clear and consistent reporting on project health, milestones, and risks
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related technical domains (architecture, engineering, IAM, PAM)
- Hands-on experience with Jira for task assignment and engineering workflow management
- Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning, dashboarding, and executive reporting
- Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams and ask technical questions to build clear project plans
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic, detail-oriented approach
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- High energy, positive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity - you are not afraid to ask questions and figure things out
- Nice to Have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
