• Execute functional, exploratory, and regression testing across complex enterprise workflows • Validate data integrity using SQL; trace defects with precision across multi-system environments • Manage and maintain test cases in TestRail; track work items in Azure DevOps • Collaborate closely with engineering teams — communicate findings clearly and act as a quality advocate • Build toward automation ownership using Playwright or similar frameworks as the role matures

• Own and manage project plans for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives (architecture, IAM, PAM, engineering) • Assign and track engineering tasks in Jira, ensuring clear ownership and accountability • Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports in Smartsheet • Facilitate meetings and communication between technical engineering teams and senior stakeholders • Proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies — and drive resolution before they impact delivery • Ask the right technical questions to translate engineering inputs into a structured, actionable project plan • Deliver clear and consistent reporting on project health, milestones, and risks

• Design and implement automated test coverage for integration workflows • Transition validated manual test cases to automated coverage • Write, organize, and execute test cases covering integration scenarios • Validate backend data integrity using Oracle SQL Developer and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

• Oversee day-to-day progress of an AI-powered test prep website (currently in development), coordinating with the tech team to ensure timely delivery • Lead the production of a college admissions-themed videogame, from concept to launch • Support the development and execution of film and TV projects as needed • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously • Keep the founder focused and informed through weekly briefings, dashboards, and priority reports • Identify blockers and proactively solve problems before they escalate • Conduct research, draft communications, and manage project documentation

• Lead and coordinate enterprise Vulnerability Management program initiatives across commercial accounts • Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and dependency tracking • Drive remediation SLA accountability across engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams • Manage full vulnerability lifecycle — detection through validation and closure • Identify and mitigate program risks to maintain delivery timelines • Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations for Director, VP, and CISO stakeholders • Create clear, data-driven narratives on vulnerability trends, risk exposure, and remediation performance • Provide program visibility using Jira, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and Excel • Drive alignment between technical teams and business leadership • Identify opportunities to enhance vulnerability workflows and reporting automation • Standardize processes across application, cloud, and infrastructure scanning programs • Support long-term VM roadmap development and enterprise security transformation efforts • Improve metrics and KPIs to strengthen security posture transparency

• Join the Tracking & Integrations Engineering team within a global data-driven organization • Own the implementation and governance of the tracking architecture across websites and mobile applications • Ensure that user interactions are correctly captured, structured, and delivered to downstream analytics and data platforms for accurate reporting, experimentation, and marketing optimization

• Validate EDI transactions and data exchanges end-to-end • Perform functional and regression testing on Oracle EBS and integrated enterprise systems • Validate end-to-end business processes such as claims, payments, billing, and provider workflows • Execute integration testing between systems and validate data integrity using SQL • Create and execute test cases, test plans, and defect reporting • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure release quality • Support UAT cycles and ensure business requirements are properly validated
