• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, security concerns, and risk management priorities. • Assess Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud security environments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. • Design and implement Microsoft security solutions across identity, endpoint, threat protection, governance, compliance, and cloud security. • Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID capabilities, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). • Deploy and optimize Microsoft Defender technologies. • Implement endpoint management and security controls using Microsoft Intune. • Build and improve security monitoring, analytics, alerting, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Sentinel. • Support data protection and compliance initiatives utilizing Microsoft Purview, DLP, and sensitivity labeling capabilities. • Develop automation and operational efficiencies using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. • Deliver trusted advisory services to clients.

• Be an integral member of Quisitive’s growing Managed Services team • Position yourself as a customer advocate for a portfolio of customers • Proactively ensure clients’ desired outcomes are achieved through successful delivery of Quisitive’s solutions/services • Drive continuous improvement across the Microsoft cloud solutions deployed in your accounts • Build trusted one-to-many relationships in your client organizations and understand their desired outcomes • Promote and position Quisitive solutions and services with the goal of growing revenue • Support planning and roadmap activities between your customers and Quisitive teams

• Lead recurring customer security coaching sessions, including tactical reviews, advisement sessions, and executive-level security discussions. • Review threats, incidents, posture trends, identity risks, compliance insights, and Microsoft security telemetry to identify meaningful areas for improvement. • Translate technical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations, roadmaps, and next steps. • Partner with MDR/SecOps, Customer Success Managers, consultants, and analysts to align customer priorities, risks, workstreams, and communication plans. • Help customers improve their understanding of their security environment and the effectiveness of their tools, processes, and controls. • Review and provide guidance across Microsoft security capabilities, including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, email security, insider risk, and cloud app governance. • Build and maintain customer-specific security roadmaps tied to licensing, budget, risk priorities, compliance drivers, and measurable outcomes. • Conduct security architecture and adoption planning to help customers optimize the value of their Microsoft tools and licenses. • Analyze security trends and make recommendations related to external and internal threats, including malware, identity-based risk, data leakage, and attack surface reduction. • Prepare advisement materials, tactical decks, quarterly executive summaries, and customer-facing recommendations using evidence from dashboards, analytics tools, KQL queries, reports, and telemetry trends. • Guide client conversations toward additional security enhancements, roadmap initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities. • Monitor customer security issues, escalations, and requests, validating context and converting learnings into repeatable guidance. • Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and coaching materials while mentoring supporting consultants or analysts as needed.

• Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable D365 SCM solutions • Configure modules across procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse management, production, and planning and transportation • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and Power Platform specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions • Document requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and test scripts in Azure DevOps • Help clients realize value from modern capabilities, including Copilot and Agents in Dynamics, Planning Optimization, and analytics • Provide hypercare support and enable client teams for long-term success

• Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting through deal close — across large, complex enterprise accounts • Hunt for new business — build pipeline intentionally, not wait for it to come to you • Engage senior executives (C-suite and VP level) to uncover business challenges and connect them to AI and cloud solutions • Work closely with Microsoft field teams to co-sell and drive joint opportunities aligned to priority solutions (AI, Data, Security, Fabric, Copilot) • Build and grow relationships inside the Microsoft ecosystem to create leverage and access • Lead large, complex pursuits including proposals, RFPs, and deal strategy across internal teams • Position Quisitive as a trusted partner, not just a vendor

• Lead high-quality delivery across multiple Dynamics programs • Provide oversight and maintain strong program execution, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction • Proactively manage risks, escalations, and dependencies across complex programs • Act as the primary point of contact for our largest accounts • Own the health of our implementation accounts, tracking KPIs, delivery quality, and client satisfaction • Mentor team members and help foster a strong, collaborative delivery environment

• Lead Daily Migration Execution: Act as the primary technical lead for daily migration activities, coordinating team tasks and solving issues proactively. Escalate major decisions to the Migration Architect when necessary. • Discovery & Assessment: Perform technical discovery on source and target tenants (using questionnaires and scripts). Document findings to support the Gap Analysis and migration planning. • Migration Preparation: Configure and validate migration tools (especially Quest On Demand Migration), setting up required accounts, permissions, and Entra ID Stage users/groups and adjust settings (mail routing, policies) for migration readiness. • Execute M365 Migrations: Run and monitor migrations for Exchange Online mailboxes, OneDrive/SharePoint Online content, Teams (channels, chats, teams), and related apps as per runbook. Troubleshoot and resolve issues (e.g., permission errors, sync failures) independently, ensuring data integrity and timely progress. • Cutover & Hypercare: Lead cutover events (domain/DNS changes, final syncs, validations) to successfully switch over users and services. Provide post-migration hypercare, addressing user issues and stabilizing the environment. • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Migration Architect, OCM leads, and device teams to align technical steps with user communications, training, and any Intune device updates. Mentor junior engineers and keep stakeholders informed on progress.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, Databricks) • Implement data transformations and processing using Python, SQL, and Spark • Build and support data warehouse or lakehouse solutions in Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric • Lead data governance implementation using Microsoft Purview, including data cataloging, classification, lineage, and access policies • Support and advise clients on data governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices • Design and integrate Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, including reference data, golden records, and data ownership models • Partner with analytics, BI, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, well-governed datasets • Monitor, optimize, and support data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost
