The candidate should be heavily motivated by the product, experienced in Software development and testing and eager to learn. As a Software Engineer, you will help us maintain the high quality of a core component used by all our customers. Making sure that it continues to bring the expected value and follows the evolution of the Nexthink solution. You will participate to all stages of development from specifications until the support by way of testing and releasing the component. Qualifications Qualifications - Strong Core Java development experience (experience in Scala is a plus) - Experience in refactoring and test automation (Selenium) - Experience in relational database (Postgres) - Experience on Linux basics - Experience on working with Git, Jenkins, CI-CD - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes - Strong motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies. - Good at problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Proficiency in English. In a nutshell, Collectors extract meaningful information about the OS, interpret it, and feed it to our amazing data analytics systems. Director of Software Development Summary of Position: Reporting to the VP of R&D, the Director of Software Engineering leads the technical execution for enterprise application development while building & nurturing high-performing engineering teams.
