Sales Development Representative
Boostability
• Phone and email outreach to start the conversation with prospective leads by walking clients through the early stages of the sale. • Moving leads through the pipeline and onto the next level of the sales process. • Calling prospective leads and qualifying which leads to pursue (150+ dials a day minimum). • Setting up sales qualified appointments and hitting quotas for appointment shows. • Understanding our company's services in order to communicate them effectively. • Building relationships with prospective clients. • Gathering relevant information about clients. • Providing prospective clients with further knowledge about the products and services we offer to build value and benefit to their business. • Using Google Suite, HubSpot, Slack and other programs to help set up appointments and stay organized
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience of over-the-phone as an SDR or in sales.
- Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks.
- Ability to manage your time.
- A passion for sales.
- Grit and a winning-focused attitude.
- Ability to be coached and to accept and act on feedback.
