Position Overview This role is focused on the fast-paced, strategic delivery of C-level Finance Executives or Blue collar workforce hiring in the US across a variety of industries and geographies. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies for recruitment, retention, and order fulfillment for multiple locations throughout the country; as well as providing comprehensive reporting validating the recruitment process and results. This person functions as the primary liaison between candidates/workers and corporate offices, MSP/VMO partners, and end clients. This person will oversee their daily operations to include job order fulfillment, contract compliance, relationship building, and best servicing strategies required by customers. Description of Essential Duties and Functions - Strategic implementation of best recruiting practices to ensure 100% job order fulfillment utilizing all tools, technologies, and resources and available to them - Source, recruit, and interview candidates - Manage all activities related to the operations and maintenance of active candidate inventory and passive candidate network - Meet ongoing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required, both internal and client specific - Maintain a solid working knowledge of all clients & accounts assigned - Support and sustain a positive candidate relationship - Resolve candidate questions, suggestions, and grievances - Maintain consistent documentation of all fulfillment activity with detailed and accurate communications to candidates, workers, clients, partners, and colleagues - Research and reconcile timesheet discrepancies and/or missing timesheets to ensure accurate payroll and invoicing - Other job-related duties as assigned - Support the training and development of other recruiters within the department Required Qualifications and Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Experience with hiring specifically in the US market (must have) - Effective recruiting skills with emphasis on volume and specialized recruitment - Confident, independent, and decisive capabilities as it relates to candidate evaluation - Strong attention to details and follow up skills - Full knowledge of end-to-end recruiting life cycle - Able to prioritize multiple tasks and action items without compromising service or quality - Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and process precision - Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) proficiency - Able to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively - Able to successfully interface with all people internally and externally through various communication methods - Computer/System Skills Requirement: Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Outlook. Reporting to the Supervisor, Care Coaching, you will use the State Department of Health Services (DHS) screening tool to assess member needs and eligibility. Main responsibilities: - Schedule member appointments for annual or change-based functional eligibility re-determinations, optimizing time and travel resources. - Use the DHS screening tool to assess members' functional abilities, health, and required supports. - Collaborate with staff to ensure assessment data aligns with internal records. - Conduct in-home, face-to-face interviews and enter assessment data into the designated online system to determine level of care. - Submit documentation promptly according to the established guidelines. - Attend meetings and training to stay updated on processes, screening tools, and state directives. - Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain screening competence and reliability. - Maintain required certification through ongoing skills testing, per State of Wisconsin standards.
