• Define and execute the end-to-end technical vision from concept to production • Turn 0→1 ideas into scalable, commercialized products • Design systems where AI participates in the software development lifecycle • Architect solutions leveraging agentic AI, automation, and cloud-native design • Evaluate technologies and determine build vs buy vs integrate decisions • Partner with leadership to align technical direction with business impact • Mentor engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in development • AI/ML architecture patterns (RAG, agent frameworks, model serving), system design for AI-native products, and experience evaluating build-vs-buy for AI capabilities. • Setting technical direction for the innovation team, influencing engineering-wide decisions, building the AI platform layer that other teams can leverage.
