You will be collaborating with fab leadership team to manage and run vital yield projects and programs as well as escalating key program risk. Responsibilities and Tasks Program/Project management - Ensure strategic roadmaps with key metrics for Speed are created, maintained, and tracked to latest BIC targets. - Collaborate with project teams to understand the business value of projects and programs in place and how they contribute to BIC plan. - Visualize the progress of business plan achievement, and establish the meeting structure of appropriate leadership review and team meeting - Provide program and project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups. - Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures. - Work with site leadership team to identify project risks and propose/execute solutions. • Translate high-level initiatives and requirements from Product Management into detailed, actionable technical requirements and crystal-clear acceptance criteria. • Improve and structure the product backlog in close coordination with the PM. • Support Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) by deriving high-quality scenarios (e.g., in Gherkin syntax) directly from the requirements. • Own the "glossary" and domain terminology, structuring the internal knowledge base (Confluence). • Gather inputs from PMs, Designers, Devs & QA, converting them into clarified business logic. • Provide Developers and QA with specified logic and edge cases, returning prepared requirements to the PM for review.
