This role is well-suited for an attorney with 3–7 years of experience who is comfortable operating in regulated environments and has hands-on experience with digital assets and SEC-regulated entities. Role focus: Aztec Labs is a UK headquartered software development company that (1) helped develop the Aztec Network, the first open-source, permissionless, decentralised and programmable privacy Layer 2 on Ethereum and (2) is currently focused on developing groundbreaking privacy apps on Aztec. We are looking for someone to serve as senior legal counsel. You will work closely with our General Counsel to identify and navigate potential legal and regulatory challenges, and develop internal processes across product, business development, finance, human resources, operations, and compliance. Please note this role will be based out of either London, UK or New York US.
