Position Overview Provide support of Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives. They ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract terms, and applicable regulations while maintaining appropriate documentation and audit trails. Additional responsibilities include analyzing spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, leading cross-functional sourcing teams for complex initiatives, and developing supplier scorecards and performance metrics. The role also involves staying current on market conditions, pricing trends, and industry best practices to inform sourcing decisions. Required Qualifications - Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field. - The position requires 5-7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in facilities management, real estate, professional services, or related industries. - Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms are essential. - Proven experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes is required. - The role demands excellent analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis and data-driven decision making. - Strong project management capabilities including managing multiple concurrent initiatives are necessary. - Proficiency with procurement systems, contract management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is expected. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practices. Preferred Qualifications - Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional). - Experience with e-procurement platforms and sourcing tools is beneficial, as is knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices. - Experience in global or multi-regional sourcing environments and familiarity with facilities management, real estate services, or corporate services procurement are valued. Key Competencies Success requires strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities, commercial acumen and financial literacy, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and relationship building across diverse stakeholder groups. Results orientation with focus on measurable outcomes, attention to detail and process discipline, adaptability in dynamic business environments, and ethical conduct and integrity in all procurement activities are essential competencies. Working Conditions This is typically an office-based role with potential hybrid or remote flexibility depending on organizational policy. The position may require occasional travel to supplier sites, company locations, or industry events. Standard business hours apply, with flexibility needed during critical sourcing initiatives or contract negotiations.
