In this remote role, you will support financial advisers by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring all documentation aligns with client goals and regulatory requirements across Australia/New Zealand clients. With a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, you will assist in developing Statements of Advice (SOAs), Record of Advice (ROAs), and strategy recommendations, while analyzing client data and financial positions. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation standards, and supporting advisers in delivering high-quality, tailored financial advice. Position: Paraplanner Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month Working Hours & Conditions: AU/NZ business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote) Holidays: TBD Responsibilities: - Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in line with Australian/New Zealand compliance standards - Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and market trends to support adviser recommendations - Analyze client data, including assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk profiles - Assist in developing tailored financial strategies across superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning - Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client objectives - Liaise with financial advisers, administrators, and external providers to gather required information - Review and update existing financial plans as part of ongoing client servicing and annual reviews - Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems - Support advisers in preparing client presentations and review packs - Stay up to date with regulatory changes and industry best practices in AU/NZ financial planning
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning support role (AU/NZ experience is mandatory)
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts including superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies
- Experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs
- Familiarity with AU/NZ compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASIC guidelines)
- Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter)
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
