Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management
- At least 3 years managing large-scale platform modernization, re-architecture, or cloud migration programs
- PMP certification required; PgMP or equivalent program-level certification preferred
- Strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering cross-functional IT and enterprise initiatives from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This position partners closely with business and technical stakeholders across HumanGood communities and corporate functions to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. The role emphasizes structured project governance, proactive risk management, and successful adoption of new systems and processes. - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including applications, infrastructure, integrations, and enterprise systems - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations - Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations and departments - Monitor project performance using key metrics related to schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects - Establish and execute communication plans to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment - Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams - Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance practices, and documentation requirements - Manage change control processes, including evaluation, approval, and communication of project changes - Support organizational readiness and adoption through coordination of training and communication efforts - Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation - Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners - Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement To be successful in this role, you should have: - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or related field - 3–5 years of experience managing projects in an IT or enterprise environment - PMP certification preferred - Experience managing IT projects (applications, infrastructure, integrations) - Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site environments - Familiarity with tools such as MS Project/MS Planner/MS Lists, Smartsheet, or Asana What’s in it for you? • Setting up project plans, defining timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets and associated risks. • Monitoring project progress and preparing structured status reports for management and stakeholders. • Planning and coordinating resources and activities for major releases to ensure smooth and timely delivery. • Leading diverse project teams using conventional (waterfall) or agile approaches, fostering collaboration and accountability. • Ensuring smooth transition of project deliverables into operations, including handover, acceptance, and readiness activities. • Defining, implementing, and maintaining project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards across initiatives.
• Lead execution of data center liquid cooling and TCS projects from early engagement through commissioning and handover. • Provide hands‑on, on‑site oversight during critical construction, installation, startup, and commissioning phases. • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and technical performance requirements. • Act as the technical authority for liquid cooling systems during delivery and commissioning. • Maintain detailed project schedules, scopes, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
