• Drive new enterprise partnerships aligned to WGU’s mission and strategic priorities • Lead consultative business development with C-suite leaders and national decision-makers • Design innovative proposals, campaigns, and workforce solutions that address large-scale talent needs • Represent WGU at major industry events, conferences, and partner councils • Coach and guide Account Executives and Senior Account Executives on enterprise sales best practices • Partner closely with Partner Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term partner outcomes • Contribute to national pipeline strategy, market expansion, and development of new verticals
