Performance Objectives - The Intelligence Advisory Services team seeks to deliver a personalized and integrated consulting experience for our clients, producing high-quality and trustworthy results, maintaining an open-minded and creative mindset for solving unique industry challenges, and seeking to build deep partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across the industry. - As a key member of the team, you will leverage Enverus Product capabilities and your expertise to deliver tailored, objective and actionable solutions and insights for clients through a consulting engagement model. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of financial analysts, engineers, economists, geologists, data scientists, developers, and others to solve clients' most critical business problems. - Spearheading the analysis of large data sets to identify trends, characterize opportunities, value assets, and generate opinions on market activity using established industry workflows or internal workflows built in Enverus Prism™. - Driving the problem-solving process by developing actionable technical analysis that helps our clients make better capital allocation decisions. - Developing and overseeing specialized economic or reserves and resource models critical for formulating opinions on upstream oil and gas assets. - Leveraging advanced AI and generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, enhance research workflows, and deliver deeper insights for clients. - Compiling and clearly communicating advisory mandate results in a variety of media (presentation, in-person, Webex), preparing presentation material and modeling backup. - Leading conference calls and in-person meetings with clients and prospects, leveraging or demonstrating Enverus Intelligence™ and Enverus Prism™ solutions. - Mentoring and developing junior colleagues and supporting technical requirements and initiatives for the broader Intelligence team. - Partnering with Intelligence Research, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teammates to build and maintain strong relationships with and in support of clients. - Contributing strategic feedback for internal product development efforts to enhance Enverus solutions. - Supporting advisory business development, sales, and marketing initiatives, including the launch of new advisory capabilities and business ideas. Competitive Candidate Profile - Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer or Actuarial Science is required - 4-12 years of relevant work experience - Professional designation (CFA, MBA, P.Eng., P.Geo.) is a plus - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI) - Experience with programming languages or databases (VBA, Python, SQL) - Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge in data analysis, economic modeling, and reserves/resource estimation, with the ability to lead the synthesis of actionable insights from large data sets. - Technical Tool Proficiency: Expert proficiency with data management and analytical tools such as Excel, Access/SQL databases, Spotfire/Power BI platforms, and Enverus Prism™. - AI and Emerging Technology Fluency: Comfort and curiosity working with generative AI, large language models, and automation tools to enhance analytical workflows and client deliverables. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and drive actionable technical analysis that helps clients make better capital allocation decisions. - Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in project execution, documentation, and deliverable preparation, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. - Client Engagement and Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction through clear and concise communication. - Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work both remotely and in-office, with occasional travel to client locations, and adapt to changing project requirements and client needs. This role will be responsible for leading and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across complex, integrated systems while coordinating closely with multiple development and delivery teams. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on testing expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to translate testing outcomes into clear, executive-level insights. This position requires qualified candidates who live in the continental US. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer or C2C candidates.    Responsibilities:      - Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases aligned with business and operational requirements. - Define and validate success criteria to ensure solutions meet business, customer, and operational expectations. - Lead integrated operational testing, ensuring end-to-end workflows perform as designed across systems and platforms. - Perform hands-on testing and validation as needed, including regression, functional, and integration testing. - Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. - Partner with development teams to manage defect triage, resolution, and retesting. - Ensure timely closure of issues and validate fixes meet acceptance criteria. - Coordinate UAT efforts across three concurrent development teams, ensuring testing activities are aligned and dependencies are managed. - Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and operations teams to support successful releases. - Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams during testing cycles. - Produce clear, concise executive-level readouts on UAT status, overall quality, risks, and readiness for release. - Communicate testing progress, blockers, and mitigation strategies to leadership and stakeholders. - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support go/no-go decisions.

• War Room Support: Participate as support in resolving critical incidents, assisting the senior team with collecting logs and data to minimize impacts. • Ticket Queue Management: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve low to medium complexity incidents and requests (focus on OMS Sell In), preparing the correct context for escalation when necessary. • Automation Development: Work on developing low to medium complexity scripts and automations to replace manual processes and accelerate the team's maintenance routines. • Documentation: Play a key role in structuring the area by creating and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base with solution documentation, manual processes, and OMS workflows. • KPI Monitoring: Assist in monitoring the team's indicators to help identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. • Problem Management: Assist the team in investigating the root cause of recurring incidents and product integration failures. • Production Environment Monitoring: Continuously monitor systems and dashboards to proactively identify anomalies.
