As part of the Card Management Delivery Team, you will be at the center of Jack Henry's Technology Modernization Strategy. In your daily activities as a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor on our development team creating new financial applications and shared platform services. You will be using an innovative technology stack as well as engage daily with other Software engineers, DevOps engineers, Product owners, and Business Analysts, on your team and across the organization. Compensation for this position will be a base salary of $92,000-140,000 depending on candidate experience and geographic location. What you'll be responsible for: - Writing, testing, and delivering high-quality code to implement product features, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions. - Participating in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving the team's code quality. - Actively contributing to agile development practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. - Taking ownership of assigned tasks and proactively ensuring timely delivery of features through effective communication and collaboration with team members. - Completing product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification, and resolution. - Providing technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application. - Adhering to documented departmental and corporate standards. Overseeing the definition and documentation of standards. Contributing to defining and improving department processes. - May perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: - A minimum of 6 years of software development including experience within back-end development using Microservices in .NET, C# or Golang. - Experience with containerization using Kubernetes and CI/CD using either ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. - Must have experience developing cloud hosted applications (e.g., Google Cloud Platform). What would be nice for you to have: - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. - Experience with Git-based repositories. - Experience with Pub/Sub, Kafka, and Eventing in general. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - SQL database experience. - Key Vaults and Certificate Management experience. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve several software applications. • Build and own full stack development for software applications • Develop new features using acceptance test-driven development • Participating in pair programming methodologies • Build and own quality throughout the development cycle by writing automated unit tests, integration tests, functional tests, and UI tests • Work in and with small feature delivery teams: cross-functional, cross-component team that completes many end-to-end customer features, one by one • Develop and maintain API specifications using Swagger Editor • Develop new features using microservices • Develop API design approach using AWS cloud and open-source technologies • Participating in Extreme Programming methodologies • Participate in product strategy, product design and product development activities • Use lean and agile work management and engineering practices.

• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on moderately complex problems that require an appropriate level of knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. • Apply principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements, advanced mathematical principles and methods to exceptionally difficult and narrowly defined technical problems in engineering and other scientific applications to arrive at automated solutions. • Assist consultants and stakeholders with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture, networking; telecommunications, automation; communications protocols, risk management/electronic analysis, software; lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and modeling and simulation. • Commensurate experience in IT and in new and related older technology that directly relates to the required area of expertise.

• Develop new pages and experiences across RD Station’s websites and digital assets; • Build lead and customer acquisition tools such as calculators, generators, and interactive flows; • Maintain and evolve the codebase built with Next.js, React, and Node.js; • Participate in implementing A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments; • Continuously improve asset performance (Core Web Vitals, SEO, and load speed); • Implement tracking and monitor usage and conversion metrics; • Contribute to code quality, automated tests, and development best practices.
