We are looking for a high-impact Director of Acquisition Sales to lead a team focused on expanding the value of Abrigo’s platform with new logo sales. As a leader in financial risk management technology, Abrigo empowers banks and credit unions to grow and stay compliant. This role will report to the Vice President, Sales. This position may be based in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote. What You’ll Do: - Develop and execute a new logo strategy for Financial Crime Acquisition sales team and achieve Acquisition targets - Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on securing new logo sales. - Partner with Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Product Marketing to help your team deliver compelling value propositions. - Provide hands-on leadership in sales cycles, including strategic deal structuring and executive-level customer engagements. - Monitor and analyze sales performance using KPIs and pipeline data; refine tactics and processes based on insights. - Build a culture of curiosity, value-based selling, and continuous learning. - Manage forecasting with accuracy and hold team members accountable to pipeline hygiene and activity expectations. What You’ll Need: - 8+ years of experience leading high-performing cross-sell or expansion sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proven track record of exceeding acquisiion targets through strategic selling. - Strong leadership capabilities, you hire top talent, develop people, and foster a culture of performance and accountability. - Data-savvy mindset. You use insights to drive decisions, coach effectively, and manage the business. - Deep customer orientation with the ability to connect business needs to solution outcomes. - Experience selling to financial institutions or a strong ability to ramp in a complex, regulated industry. - BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred. - Willingness to travel occasionally for key team and customer engagements.
