Role Description The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic consultant and advisor to designated business units, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role builds strong relationships with leaders, provides expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, and leverages data to influence talent decisions. Make more than a Living, Make a Difference The Accounting Specialist oversees the daily activities of accounts payable, purchasing card administration, and related reconciliations. This role supports managers, staff, and employees by providing accurate accounting information and assistance in the areas of accounts payable, employee expenses, and purchasing card processes. - Perform a variety of accounting tasks and support functions, including processing accounts payable invoices. - Ensure the accurate entry of expenses. - Research, track, and resolve discrepancies or inquiries in a timely manner. - Engage with vendors to address and resolve billing or service disputes, maintaining continuous service operations. - Investigate and resolve issues related to expense and payment discrepancies. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to verify financial records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. - Review purchasing card transactions to ensure accurate coding, proper documentation, and full compliance with company policies and procedures. - Handle and distribute incoming mail for the Accounting Department. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required.
