Role Description The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic consultant and advisor to designated business units, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role builds strong relationships with leaders, provides expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, and leverages data to influence talent decisions. The HRBP collaborates closely with all HR functions to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class human capital solutions. Employee Relations & Culture - Provide expert coaching to managers and employees to build trust, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex workplace issues. - Ensure fair and compliant handling of employee relations matters, leveraging internal resources and HR leadership as needed. - Conduct effective, thorough, and objective workplace investigations. - Champion a culture of integrity, equity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Maintain knowledge of federal and state legal requirements related to HR and employee management. Strategic Partnership & Change Leadership - Act as a thought partner to leaders on performance management, talent priorities, and organizational change. - Participate in the development and execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment with HR initiatives. - Analyze workforce metrics and trends (e.g., turnover, engagement, employee surveys) and interpret the story behind the data and recommend actionable solutions to business unit leaders. - Champion employee engagement programs to enhance morale, retention, and organizational culture. Workforce Planning & Talent Management - Partner with Talent Acquisition and business unit leaders to forecast workforce needs and create robust pipelines. - Support the implementation of the performance management process that promotes accountability and results. - Contribute to talent development, leadership coaching, and succession planning. - Act as a liaison between HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, L&D, HR Analytics) and the business units. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution. PHR and/or SHRM-CP highly preferred. - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced and high-volume settings. Requirements - Must be able to meet Eckerd's Auto Insurance requirements and drive for business purposes. - Must be able to travel occasionally and overnight to program locations as required (10-15% travel). - Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy. Make more than a Living, Make a Difference The Accounting Specialist oversees the daily activities of accounts payable, purchasing card administration, and related reconciliations. This role supports managers, staff, and employees by providing accurate accounting information and assistance in the areas of accounts payable, employee expenses, and purchasing card processes. - Perform a variety of accounting tasks and support functions, including processing accounts payable invoices. - Ensure the accurate entry of expenses. - Research, track, and resolve discrepancies or inquiries in a timely manner. - Engage with vendors to address and resolve billing or service disputes, maintaining continuous service operations. - Investigate and resolve issues related to expense and payment discrepancies. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to verify financial records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. - Review purchasing card transactions to ensure accurate coding, proper documentation, and full compliance with company policies and procedures. - Handle and distribute incoming mail for the Accounting Department. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required. Bookkeeping coursework is preferred. - 3+ years of experience in an accounting environment with data review and entry experience. - Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd’s Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes. - Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
