• Act as the primary technical contact for Securiti AI solutions during the sales cycle • Lead technical discussions and deliver customized security solutions • Address customer needs in data discovery, posture management, and compliance • Design and present product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in pre-sales or sales engineering
  • Strong understanding of data and/or cloud security
  • Effective communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
  • 10+ years technical sales experience in security
  • 15+ years in Software/SaaS/Enterprise technical sales
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of data privacy/security standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with DSPM frameworks, Linux, Kubernetes, or cloud data systems
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or cloud-specific)

JOB SUMMARY: Supervisors lead a group of Team Members performing work for assigned client(s). Supervisors ensure client needs are met by organizing inventory and workflow and ensuring that Team Members are engaged and able to adequately perform their duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures in a manner that engages and motivates. - Monitor Team Member performance and provide feedback and training to improve production and quality. - Assess training needs and provide development opportunities for team members. - Participate in the interview and selection process for new team members. - Facilitate positive and productive working relationships with Global Team Members. - Understand Client requirements, analyze data, identify trends and participate in client meetings. - Ensure ParaPath module reflects current client desk procedures and most efficient process. - Create and maintain client preference guides; ensure that client preferences are clearly articulated to Team Members. - Ensure Team Members have appropriate and timely access to client systems. - Actively manage new inventory, high balances and ageing from placements. - Monitor and manage inventory to ensure that account resolution is achieved quickly. - Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: - Highschool diploma or equivalent - At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred - Experience in Revenue Cycle Management - Experience effectively managing remote team members - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to present information professionally to clients - Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Power Point skills (ability to create emails, schedule meetings and prepare documents and presentations) - Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, countif, pivot tables, basic formulas) - Ability to organize and facilitate meetings (prepare agenda, assign to-do’s, record meeting minutes, follow ups) - Ability to analyze data and identify trends - Ability to work independently and with a team to meet multiple competing priorities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described. Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment.
