Not only are we serious about growth, but we are also serious about helping our customers during hard financial times. We take pride in providing solutions and offering a helping hand, not only to our customers but also to the communities we serve. As we continue to expand and grow into a national leader in consumer financing, we invite you to consider joining our team. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives and bringing a personal touch to finance, we'd love to have you on board! Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dynamic, people-first trainer who thrives in the field, connects quickly with learners, and delivers training that actually sticks. As a Field Trainer, you’ll be the driving force behind new hire development and ongoing learning for our field teams across the country. You’ll design and deliver impactful training through multiple channels including in-person sessions at branch locations and live virtual webinars. If you’re passionate about developing people, love variety in your work, and can adapt your delivery style on the fly, this role was built for you. This role requires up to 75% travel. What You’ll Do - Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members across multiple states. - Champion the new hire experience by delivering onboarding training that builds skills, builds confidence, and accelerates performance. - Design and develop training materials that are clear, practical, and aligned to what team members actually need in the field. - Build and maintain training templates and content across multiple delivery formats: instructor-led, virtual classroom, and webinar. - Partner with field managers to surface training gaps and develop targeted solutions at the location level. - Measure what matters. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on performance outcomes and participant feedback. - Serve as a knowledgeable, go-to resource on company policies, procedures, and best practices for field team members. - Manage training records and support learning management system (LMS) administration. - Collaborate cross-functionally with field leadership and the broader training team to execute company-wide initiatives. What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered. - At least two years of leadership experience within the consumer finance industry. - Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. - Comfort and confidence delivering training both in-person and through virtual platforms and webinars. - A willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across field locations nationwide. Bonus Points If You Have - Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or other languages highly valued). - Experience with a learning management system such as Workday Learning. - A track record of designing and facilitating training in a multi-site or field-based environment. - Experience hosting and producing live webinars or virtual training events. Skills That Set You Apart - PowerPoint: You build presentations that engage, not just inform. - Excel: You’re comfortable working with data to track, report, and support decisions. - Microsoft Teams and Office Suite: These are your daily tools, not a learning curve. - Virtual Facilitation: You can hold a room’s attention through a screen just as well as in person. - Communication and Presentation: You speak clearly, adjust your style for your audience, and know how to make a message land. - Organization and Project Management: You’re juggling multiple priorities across multiple locations and making it look easy. - Adaptability: Training doesn’t always go to plan. You’re flexible, resourceful, and calm under pressure. - Problem Solving: When challenges come up, you don’t wait for someone else to fix them. - Passion for Developing People: This isn’t just a job function for you. It’s why you do this work. Working Conditions - This is a high-travel role requiring up to 75% travel, including overnight stays. - When not traveling, this role supports remote work with standard business hour availability. - Travel schedules are coordinated with field training calendars and company timelines.
