Reporting into the PMO Director, this role serves as a critical connector between delivery teams, clients, and internal stakeholders—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong financial and risk discipline. This role is highly client‑facing and requires strong judgment, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, regulated services environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position will not directly supervise and mentor members within the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY Project Delivery & Execution - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations. - Drive day‑to‑day execution, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align to contracted scope. - Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues; escalate appropriately to the PMO Director when needed. Client Management & Communication - Serve as the primary project‑level point of contact for clients. - Set and manage client expectations related to scope, timelines, dependencies, and roles. - Lead recurring project status meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting. - Support issue resolution with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented mindset. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Delivery Teams and Practice Leaders to coordinate staffing, sequencing, and execution. - Align with the PMO Director on resourcing, utilization, and delivery priorities. - Collaborate with Finance to support: - Accurate project forecasting - Milestone tracking - Billing readiness and revenue recognition activities Governance, Forecasting & Financial Discipline - Maintain accurate project tracking in PMO tools and systems. - Monitor project health indicators including schedule, scope, risk, and margin signals. - Ensure timely documentation of project progress to support revenue recognition and audits. - Flag scope changes or delivery variances early and support change control processes. PMO Standards & Continuous Improvement - Apply PMO methodologies, templates, and best practices consistently across projects. - Contribute feedback and ideas to improve PMO tools, processes, and reporting. - Support adoption of firm‑wide delivery standards and governance expectations. Summary We are looking for an Ecosystem Marketing Project Manager to join our team and drive high-impact marketing initiatives across our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and marketing, helping us plan, execute, and scale co-marketing campaigns with key partners across the crypto space. You will play a critical role in amplifying our ecosystem by ensuring that joint initiatives are well-coordinated, strategically aligned, and effectively executed. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with internal marketing, partnerships, and product teams, as well as external partners, to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. • Owns FV OTD KPI & action plan including MOR reporting & driving corrective actions for impacted tasks based on Pareto analysis and performance trends • Drives improvements to P&ES outage readiness process through strengthening of planning tasks & rhythms • Coordinate monthly with the OFS team to monitor the successful Outage Scorecard • Serve as the Process Owner for the PES Daily Management (DM), driving the adoption and execution of standardized work practices across all regions • Collaborate closely with the ONTRACK tool development team, including defining functional requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting system issues, and supporting the rollout of enhancements • Collaborate with ISM team to optimize PES Daily Management (DM), data integrity, KPI & metrics vs Global Services DM • Own the Project Change order process • Collaborate with Functions, Regions and ISM team for standardizing and minimizing users’ action and non-value-added tasks or waiting time • Continuously monitor process effectiveness and driving improvements • Manage PES internal communications, including PM training & newsletter, quarterly all employee calls

The Clinical Project Manager (PM) supports/is responsible for the overall project coordination and management of clinical studies, including all project deliverables, from start up through close out activities. This is accomplished by ensuring all projects are completed on-time and on-budget within the scope of the client agreements. The PM is responsible for the cross-functional team’s compliance with project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and other applicable regulations. The PM is also responsible for managing study staff and across department initiatives while maintaining client satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closeout of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Serve as a client-facing representative; coordinate and lead project meetings, develop agendas, and issue meeting minutes. - Develop and maintain core study documentation including Project Management Plans, Communication Plans, Risk Logs, timelines, and milestone trackers. - Manage study budgets, proposals, contracts, and out‑of‑scope documentation; support financial tracking and invoicing processes. - Support start‑up activities including collection of CDAs, feasibility information, budgets, and CTAs; maintain regulatory and study files. - Coordinate with functional teams to allocate resources and balance workload across the project. - Identify project risks and delays; implement contingency and risk‑control measures. - Oversee TMF management to ensure organization, accuracy, and inspection readiness. - Manage vendors and ensure their deliverables align with study requirements and quality expectations. - Support preparation of clinical reports and key study documentation. - Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and study-specific training requirements. - Perform additional project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience - Minimum of 3 years relevant clinical research industry experience - Project Manager experience commensurate with years in the industry, and sufficient to successfully perform key responsibilities - Supervisory experience - Advanced knowledge of GCPs, ICH guidelines, FDA and other applicable regulations. - Intermediate knowledge of project management techniques - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Project Management software - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and employees; ability to gain credibility, provide effective customer service, and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to function independently in a fast-paced team environment - Effective verbal and writing skills; English proficiency - Ability to travel 10-20%
