About the Role At Cognisys, our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team is central to our mission of ensuring our clients’ data is protected to the highest standards of security and compliance. As part of our ongoing growth, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic GRC team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, foster client relationships, and contribute to the continued success and development of our team. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle - Manage GRC projects end-to-end, including client onboarding, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between internal teams, external auditors and clients - Proactively address challenges to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes - Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and auditor bodies to facilitate external audit schedules and ensure compliance requirements are met - Continuously monitor and refine project workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes - Support the GRC team by contributing to strategic initiatives and identifying areas for process improvement - Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders at all levels Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of project management experience (GRC, cybersecurity, or a related field, ideal but not essential) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships - Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving practical, high-quality outcomes - Confidence in decision-making and the ability to take initiative when faced with challenges - Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance frameworks, and external audit processes is a plus - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. The Clinical Project Manager (PM) supports/is responsible for the overall project coordination and management of clinical studies, including all project deliverables, from start up through close out activities.
