Summary We are looking for an Ecosystem Marketing Project Manager to join our team and drive high-impact marketing initiatives across our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and marketing, helping us plan, execute, and scale co-marketing campaigns with key partners across the crypto space. You will play a critical role in amplifying our ecosystem by ensuring that joint initiatives are well-coordinated, strategically aligned, and effectively executed. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will work closely with internal marketing, partnerships, and product teams, as well as external partners, to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong agency background, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements

  • What You’ll Work On
  • Partner Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners (e.g. integrations, launches, announcements, events)
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives including content, social campaigns, email, and community activations
  • Ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables across all partners
  • Manage campaign calendars and keep projects on track from concept to execution
  • Project Management & Coordination
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams (marketing, partnerships, product) and external partners
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Build and maintain processes for scalable partner marketing execution
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across all stakeholders
  • Ecosystem Growth & Collaboration
  • Support the growth of the ecosystem by identifying and activating high-value marketing opportunities with partners
  • Help strengthen relationships with key partners through consistent, high-quality collaboration
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns that drive mutual value across the ecosystem
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
  • Gather insights from campaigns to improve future partner marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, messaging, and execution
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or project management, ideally within a fast-paced environment or agency
  • Experience working on partnership or ecosystem marketing initiatives (crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving industry
  • Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in a crypto or Web3 company
  • Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple clients or campaigns
  • Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and campaign analytics

The Clinical Project Manager (PM) supports/is responsible for the overall project coordination and management of clinical studies, including all project deliverables, from start up through close out activities. This is accomplished by ensuring all projects are completed on-time and on-budget within the scope of the client agreements. The PM is responsible for the cross-functional team’s compliance with project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
