April 8, 2026 Job Description: CyberGuard Advantage is a fast-growing cybersecurity and compliance services firm trusted by organizations that demand deep technical expertise, rigorous methodologies, and measurable outcomes. We help clients reduce risk, strengthen their security posture, and navigate complex compliance requirements across frameworks, including SOC, ISO, PCI, and HITRUST. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering client engagements within a cybersecurity and compliance professional services environment. Reporting into the PMO Director, this role serves as a critical connector between delivery teams, clients, and internal stakeholders—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong financial and risk discipline. This role is highly client‑facing and requires strong judgment, organization, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, regulated services environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position will not directly supervise and mentor members within the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY Project Delivery & Execution - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations. - Drive day‑to‑day execution, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align to contracted scope. - Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and issues; escalate appropriately to the PMO Director when needed. Client Management & Communication - Serve as the primary project‑level point of contact for clients. - Set and manage client expectations related to scope, timelines, dependencies, and roles. - Lead recurring project status meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting. - Support issue resolution with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented mindset. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Delivery Teams and Practice Leaders to coordinate staffing, sequencing, and execution. - Align with the PMO Director on resourcing, utilization, and delivery priorities. - Collaborate with Finance to support: - Accurate project forecasting - Milestone tracking - Billing readiness and revenue recognition activities Governance, Forecasting & Financial Discipline - Maintain accurate project tracking in PMO tools and systems. - Monitor project health indicators including schedule, scope, risk, and margin signals. - Ensure timely documentation of project progress to support revenue recognition and audits. - Flag scope changes or delivery variances early and support change control processes. PMO Standards & Continuous Improvement - Apply PMO methodologies, templates, and best practices consistently across projects. - Contribute feedback and ideas to improve PMO tools, processes, and reporting. - Support adoption of firm‑wide delivery standards and governance expectations. PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: · Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, risk, or regulated services (e.g., SOC, ISO, PCI, HIPAA). · PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification strongly preferred. · Experience working with geographically distributed teams. · Familiarity with PSA or PMO tools (e.g., Mavenlink/Kantata, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
