• Consult with c-suite contacts throughout Wunderkind’s client base to understand their business objectives, then working with CS to translate them into actionable digital strategies • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth with our existing clients through renewals, upsells and expansion • Communicate how Wunderkind’s platform and products solve conversion issues, highlight both our value add and why we are the best in class • Represent Wunderkind in high level negotiations with key decision makers of high revenue businesses • Maintain the business relationship with the client and partner with our customer success team in delivering performance and driving revenue
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or customer success (account management with an upsell quota) within a SaaS organisation
- Track record of successfully impacting and progressing business growth
- Comfortable strategizing and consulting with C-Level execs at Fortune 2000 companies
- Empathetic and persuasive; a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savvy
- Ability to tackle projects with little direct input or oversight; work with uncertainty and manage through many priorities and opportunities at once

The Major Account Coordinator - Region Concepts (MAC-RC) is part of US Foods’ team-based selling strategy to drive profitable growth in the Region Concept market segment. MAC-RCs proactively support Regional Concept business and help optimize sellers’ effectiveness by assisting with prioritizing, preparing, performing, and pursuing customer opportunities. MAC-RCs use their knowledge of US Foods’ customer contracts, products, services, and tools to support the selling and customer management process. Major Account Coordinators – Region Concepts are responsible for effectively supporting these customers by working with a multitude of leaders, sellers, and cross-functional teams across multiple US Foods’ Markets, Areas and Regions. Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Major Account Coordinator - Region Concepts position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. RESPONSIBILITIES Daily Operations - 5% Focus on the timely and accurate completion of transactional support including, but not limited to: - Service request queue: Monitor MAC-RC service request queue and take ownership of assigned seller requests. Support other MAC-RCs when needed. - Corporate requests: Monitor customer requirements for assigned sellers / customers provided from USF’s corporate office. Take timely and accurate action as directed. Sales Support - 70% - Sales planning: Participate in regular sales collaboration calls with assigned sellers. Monitor follow-up from product conversions including coordinating new item requests, submitting customer’s forecasted volume to Replenishment (DCTs), and updating customer lists / order guides - Customer rebates: Analyze customer incentives and rebate programs to identify opportunities to grow profitable sales, make recommendations to seller and customers - Customer promotions (Limited Time Offers - LTOs): Coordinate and track LTOs and new/discontinued items in conjunction with other functions - Customer shopping lists: Set-up and proactively maintain customer’s master shopping lists and/or order guides to help improve service level and prevent out-of-stocks during customer’s ordering cycle; partner with Merchandising and Replenishment to find acceptable customer product substitutes. - Customer proprietary inventory: Monitor customer’s proprietary slow moving and dead inventory. Look for opportunities to convert to stocked items or USF’s exclusive brands to optimize customer’s service level.
