Job Requirements

  • English & Spanish fluency/literacy required
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
  • Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
  • Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
  • Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
  • Ability to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
  • Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures

Complete AEPQC reporting and provide all communications in a compliant manner.
