Program Manager – Navy Federal Program, Secret Clearance
DAWSON
• Lead overall program execution to ensure successful delivery of contract requirements across cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customer, stakeholders, including Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and technical leadership • Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, logistics, technical services, and operational support functions • Oversee development and maintenance of program management artifacts including status reports, risk registers, and performance metrics • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable federal regulations • Monitor program financial performance including labor utilization, burn rates, subcontractor costs, and funding execution • Identify and manage program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to maintain program stability and performance • Coordinate across internal departments including contracts, finance, recruiting, and operations to support successful program delivery • Support business development activities including recompete strategy, proposal development, and customer engagement • Foster strong relationships with Government stakeholders while maintaining open and transparent communication throughout program execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, preferably within DoD or Navy environments
- 10+ years of experience managing complex programs or large task orders involving technical or engineering services
- Proven experience in managing federal contracts
- Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, schedules, staffing, and subcontractors
- Experience working directly with Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives
- Strong understanding of federal contracting environments including IDIQ and task order contracts
