Program Manager – DAS Focus, AT&T ISE

Communication Technology Services (CTS)

• Manage multiple DAS and signal source deployment projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent execution across all phases • Review and validate project scope, goals, risks, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders • Provide daily reporting including next-step analysis, tracker updates, and risk management for at-risk items • Maintain comprehensive project documentation using cloud-based project management tools • Identify project dependencies and manage critical path activities • Support engineering and deployment activities including: commissioning, integration and optimization, data collection and testing, closeout documentation

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in cellular DAS deployments
  • 3+ years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Zoho)
  • Strong understanding of project planning tools (Gantt charts, task tracking, resource allocation)
  • Ability to coordinate remote teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
