Senior Scrum Master

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Salesforce delivery teams • Coach teams and stakeholders on agile principles and scrum framework implementation • Remove impediments and blockers that prevent team progress, escalating when necessary • Track and communicate sprint metrics, velocity, and team performance indicators • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within teams • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Shield teams from external disruptions and manage stakeholder expectations • Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management in a SAFe environment (if applicable) • Coach the team in understanding burndown and velocity reports • Assist in gathering, documenting, peer reviewing, and analyzing business requirements as needed • Support user story creation and refinement with clear acceptance criteria • Support Sr. Business Analyst during stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements • Support Sr. Business Analyst documenting current state processes and contribute to future state design • Support Sr. Business Analyst in creating process flow diagrams and support documentation • Participate in UAT planning and support testing activities • Be able to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams • Configure and maintain basic Jira project settings including workflows, custom boards, filters, and permissions in alignment with team needs • Create and maintain Confluence pages and spaces for project documentation, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing • Develop custom Jira dashboards and reports to support team and stakeholder visibility • Act as a liaison with internal Jira/Confluence administrators for escalated issues or complex configurations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum master’s in technology delivery environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar
- Experience facilitating Sprint Reviews
- Demonstrated experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven track record in Agile-driven development environments
- Experience facilitating multiple scrum teams
- Business analysis experience supporting requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated adherence to Salesforce.com best practices
- Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePoint
- Experience in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
- Background in CRM or enterprise software implementations
- Experience working specifically on Salesforce implementation, configuration, or optimization projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Development / Scrum Master The Scrum Master will play a critical role in enabling highperforming Agile delivery for the Digital Integration Hub (DIH), centralized integration platform for Trading and Asset Services. This role blends traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with handson technical expertise in ETL development, connector design, and integration workflows. You will guide a Scrum Team, support the development of DIH connectors, remove impediments, and ensure predictable, highquality delivery of integration solutions. This position requires strong facilitation skills, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate with development, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Position Responsibilities: Team Facilitation - Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies for the development team (stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) - Ensure team follows Agile principles and DIH delivery standards - Partner with the Business Analyst to break down initiatives into sprint‑level work and maintain a healthy backlog - Track team progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency across stakeholders - Identify and remove impediments that block team progress - Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable follow ups - Promote Agile best practices and help mature DIH’s delivery processes Technical Support - Interact with Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications - Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements - Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and integration needs - Assist the development team in designing process flows, code reviews, testing and debugging of applications - Work with Development Manager to ensure all integration workflows, connectors, and API interactions follow security standards and industry best practices - Support security reviews, audits, and remediation activities as part of the development lifecycle - Champion a quality first mindset across the Scrum team, ensuring that testing, validation, and peer review are embedded into every stage of development - Collaborate with QA engineers to define clear acceptance criteria, test strategies, and quality gates for all connector and integration work - Promote automated testing practices where possible to improve reliability and reduce manual effort. - Collaborate with QA Manager to monitor quality metrics (defect rates, escaped defects, test coverage, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement based on trends. - Collaborate with QA & DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Train and communicate with internal teams (Client Training, Client Relationship, Professional Services, Sales) on DIH applications and integrations. - Support the Business Analyst or Product Owner in preparing release notes, training materials, and technical documentation.
