About the Role As the first hire in the Netherlands, you will launch Intric in Netherlands and own the full market entry strategy. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally. This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to government and enterprise clients. What You’ll Do Supported by initial research and our playbook from previous markets, you will shape and execute the strategy for your country—getting the first deals, onboarding the first customers, and then expanding the team to support our growth. - Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media - Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts - Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases - Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption Who You Are - High-achieving individual with competitive experience or early-stage startup success - Possess an entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset - You can be a recent graduate, or worked a few years within sales, founding your own company, or other exceptional achievements.
