Data & Research Content Specialist

Positive

Our company Surfer is an AI Visibility Platform that helps marketing teams become the definitive answer wherever their buyers search — across Google and AI search. The platform combines data, research-backed optimization, and a user-friendly workflow to grow brand visibility through content where buying decisions start to form. Surfer is used by content marketers, SEO specialists, agencies, and in-house marketing teams around the world to track, plan, write, and optimize content that gets ranked and cited by both search engines and LLMs. Surfer is part of Positive Group - a fast-growing tech group specializing in B2B SaaS products that help marketing teams grow smarter. The group brings together several brands around a common ambition: to become the European benchmark in MarTech. With around 400 employees based in France, Germany, Italy, and Poland, Positive supports customers in 80+ countries. We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław , Poland where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕). Job Description About your team You’ll join the Marketing Team — a crew of Product Marketers, an SEO & Blog Manager, an Influencer & Affiliate Manager, a Growth Marketer and Designers who keep our creative standards sharp and scalable. We work also hand-in-hand with data scientists and product managers to ship content that positions Surfer as the leader in search-powered growth. We’re a hands-on group. We ship fast, experiment often, and care deeply about making data accessible, actionable, and exciting. You will be responsible for - Leading data studies end-to-end — from identifying hypotheses with data scientists, through analysis, to publishing research-driven articles and campaigns. - Turning complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and visual insights. - Launching research-based content campaigns built around original Surfer data. - Owning the case studies pipeline — collecting insights from customers and turning them into credible success stories. - Creating supporting content (social posts, explainers, videos) that amplifies research and case studies. - Turning product knowledge into helpful how-to content. - Using tools like: Webflow, Figma/Canva, Surfer, Ahrefs, Gemini/ChatGPT. You may be a good fit for this role if you - Have experience creating specialized, research-driven, or data-informed content. - Can turn complex findings into clear, engaging stories with strong structure. - Enjoy working closely with data and product teams, asking smart questions, and spotting opportunities for insights. - Are comfortable coordinating cross-functional projects and moving them to completion. - Understand SEO conceptually and know how search intent influences content. - Care about clarity, accuracy, and usefulness more than word count. - Bonus points: you have impeccable English accent and feel comfortable recording simple video content or would like to grow in this area. What we offer: - Monthly salary: 10 000 - 14 000 PLN/net + VAT on B2B contract - Choose between fully remote or hybrid work from our modern Wrocław office - 27 days of PTO per year, plus additional sick leave when you need it - Continuous growth: $1,000 annual development budget for courses, conferences, or any learning resource that helps you grow - Comprehensive healthcare with SafetyWing: Global coverage that goes beyond basics, includes medical assistance, dental care, vaccinations massages and even glasses - 50% co-financing of a Multisport card for those based in Poland or a monthly wellness allowance if you’re working from abroad. Location and Remote Work We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław , Poland.
