• Manage the full content lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring materials meet the training and development needs of various areas of the company. • Create and negotiate content with internal and external subject-matter experts, developing relevant and impactful materials for the LMS platform. • Plan and develop training content with a focus on continuous process improvement and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. • Seek and establish partnerships to generate content for communities of practice, identifying collaborations with strategic partners. • Participate in digital events such as webinars, conferences, meetings, and courses, ensuring effective execution and delivery of value to participants. • Monitor and adjust content based on performance and feedback, ensuring training effectiveness and employee satisfaction. • Be proactive and eager to innovate, always looking for new ways to create and disseminate content that contributes to team and company growth.
Job Requirements
