• Be responsible for the results and performance of paid media campaigns for B2B clients; • Work in strategic partnership with the Planning, BI, Inbound and Sales teams, understanding each client's objectives and adjusting strategy as needed; • Understand the client's commercial strategy, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer persona and sales cycle to align campaigns with the business's true objectives; • Develop strategic media plans that connect demand generation with conversion into a qualified pipeline; • Set up, optimize and monitor campaigns on major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), with a focus on performance and efficiency; • Monitor performance indicators (LEAD, MQL, SQL, CRO, ROI, ROAS, CAC) and ensure campaigns are aligned with the client's KPIs; • Conduct ongoing performance analysis, identifying optimization opportunities and proposing strategies to improve results; • Manage the client's media budget, proposing intelligent allocations across channels and ensuring maximum return on investment; • Build dashboards and analytical reports that link media investment to sales opportunity generation; • Lead regular briefing, follow-up and results presentation meetings, clearly communicating performance and proposed actions; • Contribute to the development of Junior and Mid-level Analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices; • Work on developing improvements and best practices for the paid media area.

Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of complex, long B2B sales cycles
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies or advanced targeting approaches for B2B audiences
  • Ability to connect qualified demand generation with pipeline metrics and sales outcomes

Role Description We are looking for a Sr Specialist, Digital Media with solid experience in paid search (SEM/PPC), Local Services Ads, programmatic, and/or social advertising.
