Technical Account Manager
Adjust
• Technical contact for your clients within Adjust. • Support your clients on how to best use the Adjust product and help them resolve any technical challenges. • Provide daily support and have check-in calls with your client base. • Work with a global Support team. • Serve as the trusted technical advisor to clients in Korea, ensuring optimal use of our measurement platform and services. • Provide proactive account monitoring and technical health checks. • Enable your client’s decision making and ensure they are set up for success by testing and validating their set-up. • Troubleshoot complex issues by using internal and external tooling. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales and Support) to resolve customer issues and implement custom solutions. • Escalate complex technical issues directly to our engineers; provide ideas for optimization and improvement to the relevant teams.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role in advertising technology
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English could also be a working language
- Excellent project management skills and experience handling multiple high-profile accounts
- An ability to break down complex topics in simple terms to ensure client understanding
- Validated ability to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies as well as AdTech, MarTech, MMPs or similar companies within the SaaS industry
- Experience in working with the terminal and data extraction, data transformation and data manipulation tools.
- Experience using communication, productivity and collaboration apps like Salesforce, JIRA & Confluence, Asana, etc.
- App development experience, publishing apps to the stores, working with SDKs etc. is a plus
- Development experience, experience in building scripts and tooling (Python, Javascript, CSS, HTML,...) is a plus
- Willingness to travel (if applicable)
