Manager, Data Stewardship

• Manage and support a small team of Data Stewards (typically 25 direct reports) • Provide day-to-day direction, workload prioritization, and hands-on support for data-related issues • Coach team members and support skill development in data quality and revenue cycle processes • Monitor team performance against defined service levels and quality expectations • Oversee daily monitoring and validation of hospital data feeds for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness • Coordinate data transfers including file integration, secure transmissions, and API-based integrations • Support the integration of data into Lakehouse and downstream systems by working closely with IT and data engineering
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in data stewardship, data quality, or revenue cycle operations (healthcare preferred)
- 1-3 years of people leadership or team lead experience
- Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes (billing, claims, denials, COB)
- Familiarity with data integration processes and data environments (ETL, warehouse/Lakehouse concepts)

Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for establishing and growing the vaccine business at Kemin Biologics.The SM will build this business by generating sales in existing and new customers with existing and new products, concepts and services.
