• Create and communicate an inspiring product vision and a clear, data-driven product strategy aligned with Clicksign's business objectives, ensuring focus on the highest-impact opportunities. • Motivate, align, and orchestrate teams of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and other necessary disciplines, ensuring autonomy and fostering high performance. • Define the critical problems to be solved and the business outcomes to be achieved. • Implement mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data, customer interactions, market trends, and emerging technologies, turning insights into strategic actions. • Distribute strategic challenges across the Value Stream teams, promoting autonomy so they can propose the best solutions. • Evangelize the business and product vision, strategy, and working model across the organization, ensuring alignment and engagement. • Build and refine product strategy processes to ensure Clicksign stays ahead of the market. • Lead difficult decisions about product focus and delivery prioritization based on data and insights. • Act as a mentor and coach for team members working with you.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product and technology teams (Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering).
- Deep knowledge of digital product development and agile methodologies.
