Service Management Analyst – Junior

• Monitor the operational health of services by tracking metrics, payment journeys and potential performance deviations; • Identify and investigate discrepancies between internal reports and client systems by analyzing data and supporting root cause diagnosis; • Support analysis and investigation of incidents that impact clients or services, contributing evidence, hypotheses and validations; • Act as an interface between clients, projects, product and technology teams to help understand and route operational and strategic account issues; • Assist in documenting integrations, operational flows and service processes, ensuring clarity about expected behavior and observed client behavior; • Contribute to validations and checks after deployments or product changes to help identify potential operational impacts; • Help organize analyses and operational information to support data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Analytical profile, comfortable working with data, validating information and investigating problems;
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and dataset manipulation);
  • Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries, filters, aggregations and joins);
  • Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking for scenario analysis;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and explain problems clearly;
  • Curious, detail-oriented and interested in understanding processes, data and how digital products work;
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Power BI or similar;
  • Knowledge or interest in payment methods, financial reconciliation or system integrations;
  • Familiarity with incident management or problem management processes (ITIL);
  • Experience analyzing operational data or monitoring KPIs;
  • Previous experience with API integration projects and system workflows.
