• Operate and evolve the Data Lake: work with data in its Raw, Processed and Refined zones, including deduplication processes, cataloging and storage optimization (Parquet, Iceberg). • Operate and monitor streaming pipelines via Kafka: create topics, connectors, ACLs, credentials and monitor consumer lag for real-time streaming pipelines. • Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform API: create and maintain modules of our platform that abstract ingestion processes for users and developers (which may be via files, CDC or data streaming), data processing on Big Data platforms (Spark / Redshift) and pipeline orchestration (Airflow). • Investigate and resolve incidents: interpret failures in pipelines, dataset loads, data duplication and cluster errors, and assist in incident resolution. • Use and contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC): use Terraform and operate AWS resources under team guidance. • Participate in modernization and integration initiatives with AI tools: use LLMs to build agents and create tools that integrate AI into our systems (MCP Servers). • Documentation and monitoring maintenance: contribute to technical documentation of our tools and architecture. Maintain our observability tools.

• Develop and maintain features in Go services within the context of a card payments gateway; • Integrate and evolve connections with acquirers (CIELO, REDE, GETNET, among others), ensuring resilience and reliability in transactions; • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket, contributing to delivery quality and speed; • Provision and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform (IaC); • Work on the anti-fraud solution coupled to the gateway, collaborating on analysis and mitigation of transaction risks before sending to the acquirer; • Contribute to the technical growth of the team by sharing knowledge and participating in architecture decisions; • Ensure the health and availability of critical systems 24/7, proactively identifying and resolving incidents; • Use AI tools (such as Claude Code) in daily development — code generation, task automation, and agent construction — as a natural part of the team's workflow.

• Develop and maintain new features in services built with .NET, .NET Core, Node.js, VB6, React, and occasionally other technologies; • Build CI/CD deployment pipelines using Terraform and Bitbucket; • Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB); • Monitor the production environment; • Respond to production incidents as needed, at any time; • Share and transfer software development knowledge within the team; • Research, learn, implement, and introduce new technologies and architectures to the team;

• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, provisioning and configuring AWS resources (ECS, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, MSK, S3) and using the team's proprietary Terraform provider • Operate and evolve the Data Lake with Raw, Processed and Refined zones, including deduplication, cataloging and storage optimization (Parquet, Iceberg) • Administer and monitor Kafka clusters — topic creation, connectors, ACLs, credentials and tracking consumer lag for real-time streaming pipelines • Maintain and evolve the Platform API, which exposes Data Loader, File Loader, Static Loader, Data Streaming and Business Metrics features for self-service consumption by other teams • Investigate and resolve pipeline incidents (failed DAGs, dataset desynchronization, data duplication, Redshift/Spark issues), addressing root causes • Participate in modernization initiatives and integration with AI tools (Claude Code, MCP Servers) • Contribute to technical documentation and maintain observability tooling

• Design and maintain data pipelines using Airflow (DAGs) to support fraud detection workflows • Process and analyze large volumes of transactional data using Spark • Develop, evaluate, and monitor fraud risk scoring models • Perform exploratory analyses to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and emerging risk behaviors • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor fraud KPIs (approval rate, chargeback rate, fraud rate, false positive rate, among others) • Collaborate with Product, Payments, and Risk teams to evolve fraud prevention strategies • Contribute to MLOps and ML Engineering practices for deployment and monitoring of fraud models
