Lead Growth Marketing Manager – Vitasauri

• You design and implement a scalable performance marketing strategy that enables long-term, profitable growth across the entire Vitasauri portfolio. • You take responsibility for the end-to-end management and optimization of all relevant performance channels across the funnel — from demand generation to qualified leads — with a focus on SEA and paid social. • You implement a structured test-and-learn approach and continuously develop creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve conversion rates and efficiency. • You ensure clean tracking, valid attribution and transparent performance reporting, providing a reliable basis for management decisions. • You handle budget planning, forecasting and flexible allocation of spend based on CPA, ROAS and additional revenue potential. • You identify new growth opportunities and systematically test additional channels, audiences and scaling approaches to continuously expand the paid strategy. • You work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Creative, Product, Data) and ensure that all growth initiatives are optimally integrated along the customer journey. • You develop structures, processes and best practices in performance marketing and lay the foundation for building a dedicated performance team in the future.

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing with strong hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing larger marketing budgets and demonstrable success in improving CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with pragmatic implementation ability.
  • Solid technical understanding across the full performance setup (marketing platforms, tracking, CRO, CRM/automation).
  • Good empathy for the needs of families and the ability to incorporate this perspective into your work.
  • Independent working style, empathy for and enthusiasm for driving a growing project with a clear mission.
  • Confident presence and clear, persuasive communication skills.
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1).
