• Get the founder into 8–12 qualified conversations per month with supply chain and procurement leaders • Conduct structured conversations with supply chain operators • Validate features, get input on roadmap, and build relationships • Own everything up to the meeting; founder closes

• Own features end-to-end, from architectural design and data modeling to deployment and monitoring • Champion practices that let the team move fast without breaking things • Design and implement highly scalable backend services, asynchronous APIs, and robust queueing systems • Embrace a GitOps mindset to manage deployments • Participate in technical discussions that actively influence the product roadmap

• Respond to inquiries via chat and email in clear, professional English • Resolve common issues (login, permissions, configuration, product usage) • Follow troubleshooting playbooks and internal workflows • Accurately categorise, prioritise, and document tickets • Use macros/templates consistently • Identify and escalate issues to L2 when required • Partner with Q&A to validate reproducibility and impact • Submit high-quality bug reports (clear summary, reproduction steps, logs, business impact)
