Key Account Manager

Impower GmbH

• Responsible for managing and strategically developing our key accounts • Building and maintaining long-term, trusted customer relationships • Experience working with C-level stakeholders and the ability to translate complex requirements into concrete solutions • Identifying and realizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customers • Leading complex contract negotiations and managing expansions within the customer base • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and reducing churn risk • Delivering presentations, product demos and workshops — both digitally and on-site • Analyzing customer requirements, market trends and competitive developments and sharing relevant insights with internal teams • Closely collaborating with Customer Success, Product and Sales to further develop our customer solutions • Managing and monitoring relevant KPIs and reporting on sales and business developments

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in key account management or consultative B2B sales
  • Experience dealing with complex customer structures and decision-making processes, ideally in a SaaS or real estate environment
  • Ability to understand business models and translate customer needs into concrete solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across different hierarchy levels, including C-level
  • Structured working style, clear prioritization and a strong commitment to quality and reliability
  • Strong focus on long-term customer development and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Excellent German (native) and business fluent English
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
