The role will work in Windows platform to troubleshoot and provide solutions for an enterprise environment. This position is slated for a 5-month contract. This is an opportunity to grow and support an enterprise-level client. DUTIES - Handle tickets related to server and Windows server administration. - Manager domain administration tasks. - Take over primary support roles, including Active Directory domain administration. - Manage GPO (Group Policy Object). - Perform Tier 3 troubleshooting in the Active Directory space. - Troubleshoot identity aspects and connections between various business units. - Address synchronization issues related to identity management. - Provide incident support and break/fix solutions (Run the Business tasks). - Dig into logs to identify issues and assist application teams on Windows platforms. - Support day-to-day operations during platform integrations. - Assist with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM). - Understand and identity life cycles and interactions. • Provide global employee IT support • Become the primary internal point of contact for IT support across all regions and time zones, with an initial focus on Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the UK • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues • Deploy AI agents to handle ticket triage, routing, and first-response — reducing manual handling and improving response times for employees outside US hours • Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding, ensuring a smooth and secure experience end-to-end • Manage device and asset lifecycle • Provision and configure MacOS and Windows laptops for new hires • Maintain accurate device inventory and asset tracking • Manage device lifecycle, including replacements, upgrades, and end-of-life processes • Automate device provisioning workflows and endpoint compliance checks wherever possible, using agentic tooling to reduce manual steps • Administer core internal systems • Collaborate with our current external provider to eventually own identity and access management across our Okta environment, including SSO configuration, MFA enforcement, and access provisioning • Administer core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Atlassian, and 1Password • Build and deploy agents or automated workflows to handle access provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission audits — reducing reliance on manual processes, along with leveraging and provide feedback on how to improve existing zero-touch policies as it relates to provisioning and deprovisioning hardware • Ensure systems outside Okta are managed with the same rigour as those within it • Partner with our external IT provider • Work closely with our New York-based MSP, coordinating ticket escalation and shared support workflows • Maintain clear service level expectations and escalation paths • Lead knowledge transfer as responsibilities progressively move in-house • Help evaluate which services to internalise and when, as Karbon's needs evolve • Build processes, documentation, and automation • Build and maintain documentation for internal systems, workflows, and runbooks • Improve onboarding and offboarding processes to make them faster, more consistent, and more secure • Identify repetitive IT tasks and replace them with agentic workflows — whether that's automated onboarding sequences, self-service resolution for common issues, or AI-assisted internal knowledge retrieval • Partner with engineering and operations teams to safely introduce agentic automation into internal workflows • Support security and compliance • Work closely with our internal security team to ensure IT practices meet company security standards • Maintain secure device management, access controls, and endpoint compliance • Support security and compliance initiatives alongside engineering and security teams

The candidate must reference their ability and experience in working in a Department of War (DoW) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team. - Provide technical refreshment and senior engineering support for installation and integration of equipment for a Classified Satellite System for the Department of War program. - This work shall be comprised of on and off-site engineering support and services locally and via temporary duty locations in support of the Secretary of Defense Communications Office. - Tasks shall be of varying nature and includes: - Troubleshooting - Engineering design support - Circuit status reporting - Integration support with DOW/DISA Classified programs - Operational test and evaluation - Network assessment to achieve operational status for the executive transport aircraft. - The Contractor shall provide engineering recommendations to the Aircraft Management Offices (PMO's) concerning network architecture issues and technology insertion initiatives to improve or upgrade network capabilities. - The contractor shall track changes in classified DOW Classified Satellite System Network and/or system including but not limited to: - Configurations of equipment - Operational capabilities - Operating procedures. - The contractor shall periodically update and publish associated engineering documents to keep the community of interest informed about the DOW system network configuration, system description, or architecture. - This task area may provide an evaluation of commercially available products that may be utilized to support the DOW system's network requirements.
