Note: All applications must be submitted in English. Responsibilities: - Outbound Engagement: Focus 80%+ of your time on outbound calls and emails to engage SMB prospects. - Product Representation: Represent Applause with integrity, passion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the product’s features and benefits. - Prospect Education: Help cold prospects understand the value of Applause software, building awareness and interest. - Demo Scheduling: Set qualified demos for interested SMB prospects to meet with AEs, facilitating pipeline growth. - Trade Show Engagement: Call trade show attendees, encourage booth visits, and follow up to nurture leads. Qualifications: - Sales Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage SMB decision-makers effectively. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage prospecting and pipeline activities. - High-Volume Activity: Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment. - Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance high activity levels with effective follow-ups. - Remote Effectiveness: Proven ability to work in a remote environment with excellent time management, a reliable internet connection, and zero noticeable latency. - Work Flexibility: Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM EST to support client needs and outreach strategies. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with sales leadership, marketing teams, and distributor partners to implement strategic sales initiatives, analyze market opportunities, and identify new business growth throughout the territory. Territory: Virginia, Maryland, Western Pennsylvania, and Delaware Preferred Residence Location: Candidates should reside within the Mid-Atlantic corridor encompassing Charlottesville, VA; Northern Virginia (Manassas area); and Frederick, MD, or within reasonable driving distance of this region to support frequent customer visits throughout the territory.
