• Focus on React.js: Implement complex features and build resilient user interfaces. • Agents + VDI Integration: Develop deliverables that connect the AI Agents platform with the Direct Sales ecosystem. • Act as a "Solver": Serve as a technical reference to resolve high-complexity frontend problems. • Idea Validation (Spikes and PoCs): Actively participate in technical studies (Spikes) and Proofs of Concept to test the feasibility of new AI technologies. • Generative AI in Practice: Support implementation of GenAI solutions to boost sales force KPIs. • Squad Ceremonies: Actively participate in Dailies, Flow Reviews and refinements (both functional and technical). • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement optimizations in the team's development flow to make it more agile and efficient. • Clean Code and Reviews: Maintain low technical debt through optimized code and participation in Code Reviews. • Observability and Testing: Implement E2E tests, error monitoring and ensure accurate data tagging. • Cost Management: Monitor the system's financial/operational health (infrastructure/API costs) and technical performance.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of React.js: Experience developing applications using the React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, componentization).
- Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript: Mastery of the language, handling asynchrony and using TypeScript to ensure code maintainability.
- State Management: Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit or tools like Zustand.
- Design System: Ability to use and contribute to reusable component libraries.
- Infrastructure and DevSecOps: Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of hosting/deployment services on Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Architectural Patterns: Knowledge of patterns such as Clean Architecture, independent modules or micro-frontends.
- Optimization: Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and apply optimization techniques (code splitting, lazy loading and Core Web Vitals).
- Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests (Jest/Testing Library) and familiarity with E2E frameworks (Cypress or Playwright).
- Monitoring: Experience using APM and RUM tools (such as Sentry, New Relic or Datadog) to diagnose production issues.
- Tagging: Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure correct event measurement.
- Data Layer: Ability to implement the data layer integrated with user journeys.
- GenAI: Familiarity with consuming AI APIs and handling Streams/Server-Sent Events (SSE).
- Backend: Knowledge of RESTful APIs.

Role Description This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States. Join Clari/Salesloft, a leader in revenue orchestration software, and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence. We're seeking a dynamic Web Development Manager to be our dedicated hands-on web developer, ensuring our web platforms are scalable, engaging, and aligned with our digital strategies. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end development will empower our team to achieve exceptional results. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the hands-on development and optimization of Clari/Salesloft's global marketing website and all associated landing pages and sub-domains. You will be a part of the Revenue Marketing team, and will work closely with web optimization and SEO managers to deliver high-performing web experiences that support our digital strategies and business objectives. Specifically, you will: - Develop and maintain marketing web platforms and experiences, writing scalable, extensible code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and npm for both minor updates and complex projects. - Serve as a CMS technical expert, configuring custom inputs that push to the front-end application via JSON, and understanding data types, caching rules, and validation. - Ensure website consistency with company digital strategies, security, legal requirements, and GDPR. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all web systems and processes. - Own the Clari/Salesloft.com domain, while supporting additional subdomains used by various teams. - Provide MarTech support, including Marketo landing page and form optimization, HTML support with Swoogo, and managing Vidyard, Marketo, and Greenhouse webhooks. - Collaborate with creative teams for layout and wireframing, delivering optimized templates. - Manage project scope, priorities, and goals with various stakeholders. - Create and implement processes for effective engineering workflows. - Support technical SEO efforts, including best practices and technical implementation. - Provide Marketo technical support, including email development, landing pages, and form optimization. - Work with vendors and support agencies to maintain and optimize web experiences.
