As SAP Implementation Process Lead – Transportation Management you responsible for delivering all project-related outcomes for Transportation Management within the EWM/TM functional workstream. Key areas include master data, outbound planning of all modes of transportation, inbound planning where PPG is responsible for freight, execution including carrier tendering, TM forms/shipping documents, TM freight pay, TM reporting & analysis and all activities related to S4 and OTM integration. Coordination with global process excellence, corporate transportation management, procurement, corporate finance and PMC USCA business teams is required in addition to other functions of the project. You are responsible for all S4H deployment-related activities within their process areas, including leading design workshops, conducting fit/gap analyses, driving solution design, coordinating testing and training, managing cutover planning and execution, and providing go-live and hyper care support. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP implementation of transportation management module, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with focus on integration of OTM with S4 OTC, S4 EHS data, S4 EWM, S4 GTS and S4 POs/STOs. - Coordinate with other PPG teams (Business representatives, Global Connect PPG Process Excellence, SAP COE, Data team, FLIT, corporate logistics, etc.) to meet process area specific project goals. - Manage risks, issues, and changes within the process area to ensure project success. - Own and lead the transportation management processes and act as a subject matter expert and business process expert to drive S4H implementation. - Lead solution design efforts in coordination with COE and act as their counterpart for assigned business processes. - Ensure adherence to SAP S4 and OTM best practices, methodologies and Global Template. - Coordinate all activities with the business across data, testing, training, change management, and cutover for the assigned process areas, effectively leveraging cross-stream resources to ensure seamless execution. - Own and lead data gathering, cleansing, and validation activities across functions to ensure accuracy and readiness for transportation management. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field required. - 7+ years of experience in logistics or transportation required. - Previous ERP implementation experience preferred but not required. - PPG experience preferred but not required.
